We get LOTS of questions.. below are the most popular.
Every week we: Net Pool, Brush Walls and Steps, Empty Pump, Skimmer Baskets and Leaf Canisters, Check Chemicals and Adjust accordingly (Chemicals Included), Visually Inspect Equipment, and Vacuum as necessary. Customers are assigned a specific day (not time) for pool cleaning. Clean Living Pool and Spa will provide you with proper advance notification of any changes in your service day. Although our technicians visually inspect the equipment, they are not trained to diagnose problems. They are simply looking for leaks, detecting if the pump is running as scheduled, or minor breaks on your equipment. If they find any of these issues, they will report it on your weekly report.
YES! We believe in a healthy work life/home life balance. We service your pool on a weekly basis and bill you monthly for our services. Some months have 5 weeks, which effectively means that you receive an extra 4 WEEKS of cleaning per year at no additional charge. To offset this, we strategically utilize these extra weeks during the off-season (October-April) to allow our staff to take some personal time off for vacations and holidays. Before we take our time off, we will boost your chemicals the week before in order to maintain the proper levels during our absence.
YES! We are a licensed, insured and bonded contractor who can take care of all your pool equipment problems. Our repair team will come out for a $125 Service Call fee to diagnose the problem. We will then send you an estimate for repairs. Should you choose to use us for your repair, then the $125 will then go towards the total cost of the repair.
Clean Living Pool and Spa performs all filter cleanings to guarantee the filters are cleaned properly and thoroughly every 4 months. By cleaning them with chemicals we are able to extend the life of the cartridges by 1-2 years. Part of our service agreement is that Clean Living Pool and Spa performs all filter cleanings (not customers).
We charge you your Monthly Pool Service fee (monthly — amount varies on the size of your pool). We charge you an annual Spring Chemical fee of $50 one time per year. We charge for Filter Cleanings (chemically) at $80, 3 times per year.
All major CREDIT cards are accepted, DEBIT card, ACH and Zelle. Please note that payments made by credit card will incur a 3% processing fee. If using Zelle, please use our email address for the payment information: [email protected]. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH OR CHECKS.
To better serve our customers and avoid unnecessary fees, we kindly ask that you choose only one payment method: either Auto Pay via your customer portal or manual payment through Zelle.
